Gwen retired from X number of years working in the schools, and upon retirement continued her work with Northampton Public Schools by serving on the school board. She has been a member of the X person board for X years now. In this work she has focused on leadership, work with the Youth Commission, and community outreach.

Gwen is the chair of the Superintendent Evaluation subcommittee & the Curriculum Subcommittee.
